The rooms at Tanu's Homestay are amazing! We stayed in a double room and it felt so luxurious with a bathrobe, executive lounge access, and a tumble dryer. It made us feel like VIP guests! The single room we stayed in was perfect for us. It had a tile/marble floor, soundproofing, and even a dishwasher. It was so convenient and made our stay so much easier.
The only thing we didn't particularly like was that some rooms had a safety deposit box. It's just not something we personally needed, but others might find it useful.

I had the best night's sleep at Tanu's Homestay! The room was cosy, comfy, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect for exploring Jodhpur, and the views from the roof were absolutely spectacular. I also had the pleasure of trying Rakesh's mom's delicious home-cooked food, which was a highlight of my trip. The hospitality at Tanu's Homestay was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hidden gem in Jodhpur. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved the traditional Rajasthani decor of Tanu's Homestay. The vibrant colors, intricate designs, and beautiful artifacts created an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas, like the terrace and shared lounge, were also well-maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had a 24-hour front desk, making it convenient for any assistance I needed. The staff, whom I fondly referred to as the children working there, were always polite, respectful, and ready to help me with anything I required.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have an elevator or ramps for easier access to the rooftop and other floors. The stairs throughout the property could be challenging for individuals with mobility issues, especially for seniors.

I recently stayed at Tanu's Homestay for a few days. The host, Tanu, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He allowed me to check in at 5:00 in the morning after my overnight train journey. During the Divali festival, he even offered me a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant, which had an amazing view of the fort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast porridge and tea were delicious. I highly recommend Tanu's Homestay for its excellent location, friendly host, and unbeatable views.
Can recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this homestay was excellent, with a cozy and clean room. The location was nice and quiet, within walking distance to the castle and clocktower, and the rooftop offered beautiful views. The staff, especially Tanu, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a homestay where I was blown away by the incredible hospitality. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of amazing. From allowing me to check in super early in the morning to giving me a free dinner during the festive Divali, it was an experience like no other. The homestay itself was cozy and comfortable, with a Western shower in the bathroom and all the necessary amenities like towels and toilet paper. The highlight was definitely the rooftop restaurant with its jaw-dropping view of the city's fortress. It was the perfect spot for a quiet and private evening. The food, with its homemade flavors, was both delicious and reasonably priced. The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I was at my own home. The location was also ideal, close enough to the market and the fort for easy access, but far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful environment. All in all, my stay at this homestay was mind-blowing, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly delightful experience.

The rooms at Tanu's Homestay are cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. With private bathrooms and free toiletries, it's like having your own little spa. And if you're lucky, you might even get a room with a city view, giving you the perfect backdrop to enjoy your morning coffee.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in one of the single rooms a bit cold. But hey, that's just me, some people might actually like it!

The rooms at Tanu's Homestay are fantastic! I stayed in a double room and it had everything I needed. The private bathroom was spotless and had a great shower. The city view from certain rooms was a bonus and made me feel like I was truly experiencing Jodhpur. The bathrobe provided in the room made me feel luxurious and the executive lounge access was a nice touch. The tumble dryer came in handy as well.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the single room I stayed in. But hey, I understand that some people might appreciate the peacefulness it provides.
